Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng của bệnh nhân nhi điều trị nội trú năm 2016 và đề xuất một số giải pháp dinh dưỡng trong hỗ trợ chăm sóc và điều trị. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Trong số 99 bệnh nhân nhi tham ra điều tra có 60,6 % là nam và 39,4% là nữ. Có từ 15,6 % - 18,8 % bệnh nhi bị SDD trong độ tuổi 0-12 tuổi. Có từ 18,8 % - 23,5 % bệnh nhi thừa cân béo phì trong độ tuổi 0-12 tuổi. Nhóm bệnh nhi từ 0 – 5 tuổi có 10,4% , nhóm bệnh nhi từ 6 – 12 tuổi có 11,8% bệnh nhi bị thiếu vi chất dinh dưỡng. Kết luận: Tình trạng mất cân bằng dinh dưỡng của bệnh nhi đang được chăm sóc và điều trị là khá cao, bệnh nhi bị SDD hoặc TCBP chiếm tỷ lệ khá cao, bên cạnh đó số bệnh nhi bị thiếu vi chất dinh dưỡng cũng chiếm một tỷ lệ không nhỏ.

Abstract

Objective: To assess the nutritional status of inpatient pediatric patients at the Rehabilitation Clinic in 2016 and to propose some nutritional solutions in care and treatment support. Methods: Cross sectional descriptive study. Results: The study was conducted in 99 patients. 60.61% of subjects were boys and 39.39% were girls. Among the age group of 0-12 years old, 15.6-18.8% of subjects were malnourished, 18.8-23.5% of subjects were overweight and obesity. Among the age group of 0-5 years old, 10.4% of subjects had micronutrient deficiency; for those in the age group of 6-12 years old, the prevalence of micronutrient deficiency was 11.8%. Conclusion: The nutritional imbalance of children being treated and treated is quite high, the prevalences of malnourished or overweight children are quite high, a number of subjects are found to be deficient in micronutrients.
