Aims: Nutrition labelling is crucial in providing information about the nutritional content of food products, helping consumers make healthier choices, thereby improving public health. This article reviews global nutrition labelling policies and analyses their impact on consumer behaviour and public health. It also suggests directions and solutions for effectively implementing nutrition labelling policies in Vietnam.
