Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu vai trò của hệ vi sinh vật ở người cho thấy một phần của nó có thể gây ra một số bệnh như béo phì và tiểu đường, trong khi một phần khác của hệ vi khuẩn này lại có thể làm giảm nguy cơ mắc các bệnh này. Do đó, hệ vi sinh vật ở người ngày càng được thấy rõ có vai trò và liên quan đến nhiều góc độ về bệnh tật không chỉ là bệnh nhiễm trùng.

Abstract

Research into the role of the human microbiome suggests that parts of it may be responsible for development of a range of diseases such as obesity and diabetes, while other parts of this microbiome may reduce the risk of developing such conditions. Hence, it is becoming increasingly evident that parts of the microbiome may be involved in much more than just infectious disease.
