On August 3rd 2012; Hanoi Medical University, National Institute of Nutrition and Ajinomoto Group organize the inauguration ceremony of the Nutrition Bachelor Course and the “Nutrition and Dietetics” Laboratory. This is the first nutrition bachelor course in Vietnam, which is planned to enroll since the next year.
The course’s aim is to educate nutritionists to meet the increasing requirements of the society, especially medical nutritionists working in hospitals and supporting in patients’ recovery; therefore make a contribution to improve the nutritional status of Vietnamese people in general.
The Nutrition Bachelor Course and the “Nutrition and Dietetics” Laboratory are long-term cooperative programs among Hanoi Medical University, National Institute of Nutrition and Ajinomoto Group. According to the commitment, Ajinomoto Group will sponsor in terms of both finance and foreign experts to consult the course plan in the direction of applying advanced training courses in Japan and Australia.
