Tóm tắt tiếng Việt: Thức ăn đường phố (TĂĐP) được xem như một nét văn hóa riêng của mỗi vùng miền, mỗi quốc gia và chiếm số đông người tiêu dùng; An toàn thực phẩm (ATTP) đối với thức ăn đường phố có ảnh hưởng lớn đến sức khỏe người tiêu dùng; Do đó, việc đảm bảo an toàn thực phẩm với thức ăn đường phố cần được quan tâm đúng mực. Nghiên cứu hiệu quả của mô hình điểm (MHĐ) cho kết quả tỷ lệ đạt các tiêu chí đều cao trên 80% trong cả hai năm. Qua đó cho thấy công tác xây dựng MHĐ đã có những tác động rất tích cực và tạo chuyển biến lớn đến việc đảm bảo ATTP đối với TĂĐP.

English summary: Street food is considered the unique culture of each region and each country. Khanh Hoa province has 8.486 street food outlets, representing 73.8% of facilities food services and serving the majority of consumers. Street food has a great influence on health, so it should be seriously concerned. Results of evaluating street food safety model showed that all prevalence for meeting the requirements was higher than 80% during two year period. Thus, the model development had positive effects on large changes of street food safety activities.
