Tóm tắt tiếng Việt: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 1217 đối tượng ở thành phố Hải Dương xác định tỷ lệ thừa cân béo phì (TCBP). Những đối tượng có BMI ≥ 25 tự nguyện tham gia trong nghiên cứu sẽ được xét nghiệm Cholesterol TP, Triglycerid, HDL-C, LDL-C nhằm xác định tỷ lệ rối loạn lipid máu (RLLPM) ở người thừa cân béo phì. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thừa cân – béo phì là 27,9%, béo phì độ I là 1,6%, béo phì độ II là 0,4%. Tỷ lệ thừa cân béo phì ở nam là 31,2% cao hơn nữ là 26,5%. Tỷ lệ rối loạn lipid máu ở người thừa cân béo phì là 86,4%; tỷ lệ rối loạn lipid máu ở nam 87,5% cao hơn ở nữ 85,8%. Tỷ lệ rối loạn cholesterol TP 71% (nam 73,2%; nữ 69,8%). Tỷ lệ rối loạn triglycerid cao 40,7% (nam 60,7% cao hơn so với nữ 30,2%). Tỷ lệ rối loạn HDL-C thấp 0,6%. Tỷ lệ rối loạn LDL-C 2,5%.
English summary: A cross -sectional study was conducted in 1217 subjects in Hai Duong city to determine the rate of overweight/ obesity and blood lipid disorders among overweight/ obesity targets ageds 30-59. The subjects with BMI ≥ 25 voluntarily participated in the study. Their total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-C, LDL-C were identified to determine the rate of blood lipid disorders in obese people. The results showed that: The rate of overweight was 27.9%, obesity was 20.6%, obesity grade I was 25.9%, and obesity grade II was 27.9%. Overweight and obesity in females (26.5%) was lower than in  males (31.2%). The rate of lipid disorders in obese people was 84% and that in males (87.5%) was higher than in females (56.2%). The rate of high total cholesterol was 71% (males 73.2%, females 69.8%). The rate of high triglyceride was 40.7% (males 60.7% higher than females 30.2%), low HDL - C was 0.6%, high LDL-C was 2.5%.
